RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Evolve Hunt is committed to customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to process returns and exchanges at our discretion, including issuing refunds, replacements, store credit, or other resolutions.

Misuse or abuse of our return policy may result in loss of eligibility for future returns or exchanges. Evolve Hunt may revoke return privileges or restrict future purchases for individuals who violate these terms.

You may return unused, unworn, and clean items within 14 days of purchase for a refund, store credit, or size exchange (based on availability). Exceptions include:

  1. Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and E-Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Size exchanges are currently available only for U.S. orders.

U.S. Customers

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our online Returns & Exchanges Portal.

International Customers

Currently we do not offer any international sales.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned to Evolve Hunt within 45 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be clean, unused, and unworn, with original tags attached. Items with pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent without an RMA will not be processed. RMAs can be created through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs) typically within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary based on return volume. For gift returns, a Evolve Hunt store credit will be provided.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Products may be exchanged for a different size, based on availability at the time of processing. Size exchanges are currently available for U.S. orders only. Some items may not be eligible for exchange.

Once your exchange request is received and approved:

  • If the desired item is in stock, it will ship within 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking details once the exchange ships.

  • If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For gift exchanges, store credit will be provided.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned to Evolve Hunt within 45 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be clean, unused, and unworn, with original tags attached.

  • All exchanges must include a valid RMA. Items without an RMA will not be accepted.


NEED A DIFFERENT ITEM OR COLOR?

If you’d like to exchange for a different item or color, we’re happy to help you place a new order and offer free standard shipping on your replacement (U.S. only). We’ll process your return and new purchase simultaneously. Please note that the replacement item will be charged before your return is credited.

To initiate this process, contact Customer Service at 1-800-648-9717 or email service@evolvehunt.com.

Steps:

  1. A new order will be placed and charged to your selected payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Once your return is received and processed, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

What the Warranty Covers

Evolve Hunt’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of the product.

Duration of Coverage

Coverage lasts for the customary wearable life of the item under normal use.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from normal wear and tear (snags, stains, pilling, fading, etc.)

  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose

  • Acts of nature (fire, flood, pests, etc.)

  • Outlet or final sale items

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Warranty is limited to one repair or replacement per original purchase.

What Evolve Hunt Will Do

If a product is found to be defective, Evolve Hunt will attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a similar item. If no replacement is available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Limitations

This warranty is the sole remedy available. Evolve Hunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty, except where prohibited by law.


HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • You may be asked to provide photos and return the product for inspection.

Note: California law requires all products submitted for review to be clean. Items returned in unsanitary condition will not be accepted.
