What is Evolve Hunt’s Warranty Policy?

Evolve Hunt gear is built to perform in the field—designed for durability, comfort, and reliability when it matters most. As long as products are used as intended and care instructions are followed, we stand behind the workmanship and integrity of every item for its Practical Product Lifespan, defined as the typical wearable life of the product under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

The Practical Product Lifespan is determined solely by an authorized Evolve Hunt Customer Service representative, who will consider the product type, intended use, nature of the issue, and age of the item. Additional information may be requested to help assess the claim.

We’ll make every effort to repair your gear and get it back in the field. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll work with you to offer a suitable replacement option. The outdoors can be unpredictable—but Evolve Hunt is committed to keeping you warm, dry, and focused on the moment, every time you step into the wild.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

Evolve Hunt does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. This includes—but is not limited to—rips, punctures, tears, pinholes, burns, staining, pilling, pulls, snags, and theft. Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and excludes damage caused by misuse or everyday use over time.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

If damage is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, Evolve Hunt will repair or replace the item at no charge, at our discretion. For approved claims, a pre-paid shipping label will be issued within 1–2 business days. Please note: all garments submitted for warranty service must be clean.

Our warranty covers the following issues when they occur during intended use with proper care:

• Zipper malfunctions

• Snap failures

• Seam stitching failures

• Seam tape separation

• Fabric delamination
